I'm a 30+ mother of gorgeous 2 year old girl and wife to a wonderful sexy husband (I know, you think I'm joking!). We live in Sydney, Australia close to family and friends.
I wanted to write a blog about the truth about weight loss. I have been overweight for most of my life. I've been on numerous diets and no matter how much weight I lose...it finds me again.
It's not easy and it's certainly a journey. I'm hoping that my blog will reach people out there who can relate to the emotional, physical and mental journey that takes place when on a "diet" and on the road to our goal weight.
I hesitated for a long time putting a photo on this blog, and I think that's part of the problem! Too many fat photos!
However, I want to live now. I want to run and play with my 2 year old and I want to feel more alive. I want to by clothes that aren't black and fit into dresses and sleeveless tops!
And so this is my journey...
